al igual que el resto de tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva, polijet y multijet funcionan capa a capa depositando material de forma selectiva en las zonas que se especifiquen; ambas tecnolog\u00edas de impresi\u00f3n 3D profesional funcionan de manera similar aunque tienen ligeras variantes que comentaremos posteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bbP\u00e1rrafo 1&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.0.62&#8243; text_font=\u00bbOpen Sans||||\u00bb text_font_size=\u00bb17px\u00bb text_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|desktop\u00bb text_text_color=\u00bb#565656&#8243; text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb max_width=\u00bb800px\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||0px|\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Todo el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de cada capa se puede dividir en dos etapas diferenciadas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primera etapa de inyecci\u00f3n de pol\u00edmeros foto reactivos en estado l\u00edquido:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En esta primera fase el material\u00a0 es inyectado mediante unas boquillas m\u00faltiples en las zonas de la plataforma donde sea necesario para la construcci\u00f3n de la pieza incluyendo estructuras de soporte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Segunda etapa de solidificaci\u00f3n del material mediante luz UV:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En esta segunda fase, a la vez que se va depositando el material en estado l\u00edquido, unas l\u00e1mparas que emiten luz UV comienzan la foto polimerizaci\u00f3n del mismo para llevarlo a un estado s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner admin_label=\u00bbFila\u00bb][et_pb_column_inner type=\u00bb4_4&#8243; text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb max_width=\u00bb800px\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||0px|\u00bb inline_fonts=\u00bbLato\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Al utilizar m\u00faltiples boquillas cada una de ellas puede depositar un tipo de material distinto de manera selectiva lo que supone una ventaja de estas tecnolog\u00edas frente a otras es la posibilidad de dotar a las piezas de propiedades distintas en cada zona, pudiendo crear productos heterog\u00e9neos en cuanto a propiedades de rigidez, color, rugosidad, etc.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bbP\u00e1rrafo3&#8243; Por un lado Polijet emplea un material que se desprende mediante un chorro de agua a presi\u00f3n y disolventes, lo cual lo hace un proceso engorroso y peligroso puesto que estos disolventes pueden ser nocivos y contaminantes; Multijet por su parte emplea una cera inocua que se elimina mediante calor, con el inconveniente de que este calor puede provocar a su vez deformaciones en la propia pieza.<\/li>\n<li>La tecnolog\u00eda Multijet emplea un sistema de rodillo que homogeniza la superficie de cada capa una vez fabricada para que la estabilidad dimensional sea mejor.<\/li>\n<li>La tecnolog\u00eda de 3d Systems posee un sistema que permite que las gotas de material que se depositan lleguen a la cama en un estado semis\u00f3lido que no necesita de cambio de fase, garantizando una mayor precisi\u00f3n dimensional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bbP\u00e1rrafo3&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.0.62&#8243; text_font=\u00bbOpen Sans||||\u00bb text_font_size=\u00bb17px\u00bb text_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|desktop\u00bb text_text_color=\u00bb#565656&#8243; text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb max_width=\u00bb800px\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||0px|\u00bb inline_fonts=\u00bbLato\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Los materiales utilizados adolecen de algunos problemas similares a los empleados en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eddm.es\/blog-ingenius\/estereolitografia-sla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SLA<\/a><\/strong> debido a que ambos tienen naturalezas similares; tienen propiedades mec\u00e1nicas bajas y la exposici\u00f3n a la luz y a la humedad provoca la degradaci\u00f3n de sus propiedades; actualmente sus aplicaciones m\u00e1s destacadas tienen que ver con piezas en las que el componente est\u00e9tico suponga un valor a\u00f1adido importante y tambi\u00e9n en biomedicina.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bbP\u00e1rrafo3&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.0.62&#8243; text_font=\u00bbOpen Sans||||\u00bb text_font_size=\u00bb17px\u00bb text_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|desktop\u00bb text_text_color=\u00bb#565656&#8243; text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb max_width=\u00bb800px\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||0px|\u00bb inline_fonts=\u00bbLato\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>La precisi\u00f3n que se alcanza en esta tecnolog\u00eda puede estar entre 0.1 y 0.3 mm seg\u00fan la m\u00e1quina utilizada habiendo alguna con un volumen de fabricaci\u00f3n de hasta 1000 x 800 x 500 mm<sup>3<\/sup>. Ambos utilizan una tecnolog\u00eda similar que consiste en depositar millones de part\u00edculas de material rodeada cada una por un recubrimiento l\u00edquido que se evapora ya que el proceso se realiza a una temperatura de unos 300 \u00baC. Seg\u00fan se van depositando y el recubrimiento evaporando las part\u00edculas se van combinando para formar un s\u00f3lido continuo. Seg\u00fan los fabricantes es posible conseguir la misma metalurgia y densidad que mediante los procesos tradicionales de fabricaci\u00f3n de metales.<\/p>\n<p>Esta tecnolog\u00eda tiene la contrapartida de que est\u00e1 limitada al uso de ciertos materiales que son capaces de reaccionar entre ellos a 300 \u00baC para crear los enlaces necesarios entre part\u00edculas antes del sinterizado final. Entre estos materiales encontramos acero inoxidable, aleaciones de inconel y algunos materiales cer\u00e1micos.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner
