Hablamos de los <em>poliaril \u00e9ter cetona (polyaryletherketone)<\/em>, m\u00e1s conocidos como <strong>PAEK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de <strong>termopl\u00e1sticos semicristalinos con gran resistencia mec\u00e1nica, t\u00e9rmica y qu\u00edmica<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de una inflamabilidad y emisi\u00f3n de humos muy bajas. M\u00e1s conocido por su nombre comercial, <strong>ULTEM AM9085F<\/strong> y <strong>AM1010F<\/strong>, tiene asimismo la variante <strong>AMHU1010F<\/strong> biocompatible seg\u00fan ISO 10993 (o USP Class VI). Estas condiciones cr\u00edticas aumentan la exigencia de diversos componentes que, en definitiva, suben notablemente los precios de las m\u00e1quinas.<\/p>\n<p>La oferta actual en el mercado no es tan amplia, como se adelantaba. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stratasys.com\/\"><strong>Stratasys<\/strong> <\/a>tiene dos m\u00e1quinas en su cat\u00e1logo, la <u>FORTUS 450MC <\/u>y la <u>F900 (PRO)<\/u> y es precursora en el uso de materiales PAEK gracias a un conjunto de patentes que protegieron el proceso de extrusi\u00f3n a altas temperaturas hasta 2009.
