Desde la fase de dise\u00f1o, documentaci\u00f3n, fabricaci\u00f3n y incluso trazabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a las <strong>grandes posibilidades<\/strong> que ofrece la impresi\u00f3n 3D y a su <strong>divergencia<\/strong> con respecto a las tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sicas, esta falta de metodolog\u00eda se est\u00e1 empezando a cubrir con lo que se ha convenido en definir como <strong>DFAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing),<\/strong> la metodolog\u00eda particular de referencia a la hora de fabricar en 3D.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de <strong>aplicaciones estructurales<\/strong>, donde la <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva<\/strong> est\u00e1 proporcionando muchas soluciones, el conocimiento de la propia tecnolog\u00eda ha permitido aprovechar ciertas caracter\u00edsticas particulares para llegar a soluciones con un <strong>valor diferencial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner admin_label=\u00bbFila\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb3.25&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb0|0px|41.8594px|0px|false|false\u00bb][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=\u00bb3_4&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.25&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb|||\u00bb parallax__hover=\u00bboff\u00bb parallax_method__hover=\u00bbon\u00bb custom_padding__hover=\u00bb|||\u00bb][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bbP\u00e1rrafo3&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.27.4&#8243; text_font=\u00bbOpen Sans||||\u00bb text_text_color=\u00bb#565656&#8243; text_font_size=\u00bb17px\u00bb text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb max_width=\u00bb800px\u00bb module_alignment=\u00bbleft\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb|||\u00bb text_font_size_tablet=\u00bb\u00bb text_font_size_phone=\u00bb\u00bb text_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|desktop\u00bb inline_fonts=\u00bbLato\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>libertad geom\u00e9trica<\/strong> o la facilidad de crear <a href=\"https:\/\/eddm.es\/blog-ingenius\/estructuras-aligeradas-tipo-lattice-fabricacion-aditiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>estructuras aligeradas<\/strong><\/a> combinadas con herramientas como la\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eddm.es\/blog-ingenius\/design-for-additive-manufacturing-optimizacion-toplogica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>optimizaci\u00f3n topol\u00f3gica<\/strong><\/a> han hecho posible la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas que reducen considerablemente el uso de material y mantienen simult\u00e1neamente exigencias funcionales, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, es igualmente necesario tener en cuenta otras <strong>caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong> que de no ser consideradas, son desventajas potenciales. Se trata en este caso de la <strong>anisotrop\u00eda<\/strong> inducida por el proceso de <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva<\/strong>. El <strong>dise\u00f1o<\/strong> de la propia geometr\u00eda puede ser otra raz\u00f3n, donde estructuras tipo <a href=\"https:\/\/eddm.es\/blog-ingenius\/estructuras-aligeradas-tipo-lattice-fabricacion-aditiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>lattice<\/strong><\/a> (nivel macrosc\u00f3pico) definidas en funci\u00f3n de las exigencias sustituyen vol\u00famenes macizos. Una tercera fuente de anisotrop\u00eda muy extendida es la <strong>anisotrop\u00eda inducida por el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n que en el caso de la impresi\u00f3n 3D cobra una especial relevancia <\/strong>siendo la que nos ocupa en este momento.<\/p>\n<p>Se explica a trav\u00e9s del <strong>principio<\/strong> de la propia tecnolog\u00eda: la <strong>consolidaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de material <strong>capa a capa<\/strong> hace que la generaci\u00f3n del <strong>volumen<\/strong> suceda en <strong>dos situaciones<\/strong> diferentes.
