Los principales componentes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Electrolito<\/strong>: soluci\u00f3n que contiene los iones de metal que se desea depositar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C\u00e1todo<\/strong>: superficie donde se presenta la reacci\u00f3n de reducci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n conocido como electrodo de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c1nodo<\/strong>: superficie donde se produce la reacci\u00f3n de oxidaci\u00f3n. El \u00e1nodo puede ser activo o inerte. Por tanto, los iones met\u00e1licos cargados el\u00e9ctricamente no conseguir\u00e1n adherirse a la superficie de la pieza de pl\u00e1stico. Hay varias t\u00e9cnicas usadas en la industria para activar las superficies de los pl\u00e1sticos, prepar\u00e1ndolos para la electrodeposici\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Etching <\/strong>(ABS): Implica el uso de una soluci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido cr\u00f3mico que remueve el butadieno de la superficie, lo que facilita la uni\u00f3n del revestimiento met\u00e1lico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electroless plating<\/strong>: Es una alternativa a la electrodeposici\u00f3n que depende de una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica auto catal\u00edtica en vez de el uso de corriente el\u00e9ctrica para aplicar el revestimiento met\u00e1lico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Corona discharge<\/strong>: Proceso f\u00edsico que genera aire ionizado, el cual reacciona con la superficie de pl\u00e1stico y desarrolla radicales libres. Los radicales reaccionan con el oxigeno en la atm\u00f3sfera e incrementan la energ\u00eda en la superficie del substrato de pl\u00e1stico mejorando la adhesi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tratamiento por llama<\/strong>: Introduce la superficie del pl\u00e1stico en una llama de gas, la cual, como resultado de su oxidaci\u00f3n, aumenta la energ\u00eda de la superficie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tratamiento por plasma:<\/strong> Requiere un sistema de tratamiento por plasma a baja presi\u00f3n, con una c\u00e1mara en la que se introduce la muestra (el mon\u00f3mero o pol\u00edmero con el que se desea recubrir) y un gas (o mezcla de gases) que se ioniza para generar el plasma. Durante el proceso ocurren diferentes fen\u00f3menos simult\u00e1neamente. Por un lado, los electrones del plasma golpean la superficie, quedando \u00e9sta activada y lista para recibir el pol\u00edmero. Por otro, las part\u00edculas de recubrimiento se mezclan y transportan con el plasma hasta llegar a la superficie, donde quedan retenidas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #e9542f;\">LOS MEJORES METALES PARA DEPOSICI\u00d3N EN PL\u00c1STICO<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Es posible la deposici\u00f3n en una gran variedad de metales.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oro<\/strong>: Mejora la apariencia pero tambi\u00e9n tiene muchas otras ventajas.
