En el <strong>slicer deben configurarse<\/strong> todos los par\u00e1metros que la impresora utilizar\u00e1 para realizar la fabricaci\u00f3n a <strong>trav\u00e9s del archivo GCODE<\/strong>, altura de capa, temperatura de extrusi\u00f3n y cama, velocidad de fabricaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El archivo GCODE es el lenguaje que los equipos de fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva interpretan; muchos fabricantes tienen su propia extensi\u00f3n del formato, pero la esencia es la misma, lectura de coordenadas de posici\u00f3n, velocidades, tiempos, temperaturas, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso del proceso es<strong> cargar el archivo GCOD<\/strong>E obtenido del Slicer a la impresora 3D, este c\u00f3digo tiene subrutinas (diferentes seg\u00fan el slicer y el equipo de fabricaci\u00f3n) con el objetivo de hacer una verificaci\u00f3n del hardware. Si todo marcha bien la fabricaci\u00f3n da su inicio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algoritmos para el Slicing (Segmentaci\u00f3n)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ideas b\u00e1sicas<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El algoritmo tiene la funci\u00f3n de <strong>cortar tri\u00e1ngulos con planos<\/strong>, una tarea b\u00e1sica pero compleja. Los tri\u00e1ngulos est\u00e1n provistos por el <strong>formato STL<\/strong> del modelo a fabricar y los planos de corte son paralelos al plano xy (plataforma de impresi\u00f3n) y se desplazan a lo largo del eje z a una altura determinada (altura de capa), la cual es predefinida por el dise\u00f1ador en los par\u00e1metros del slicer. Si se secciona la pieza y se selecciona uno de sus tri\u00e1ngulos, en el tri\u00e1ngulo en cuesti\u00f3n con la ayuda de 2 de sus v\u00e9rtices, <strong>conocidos por los vectores <em>i<\/em> y <em>j<\/em><\/strong>, es posible definir un vector (<em>e<\/em>) entre ellos. Para indicarle el relleno al hardware se utilizan otros algoritmos, entre ellos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Algoritmo de recorte de Vattis<\/li>\n<li>Desfase poligonal<\/li>\n<li>Clipper and Boost Geometry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta \u00faltima es una librer\u00eda com\u00fanmente usada para otorgar soluciones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, en cuanto al soportado de piezas en la t\u00e9cnica de FDM, hay que destacar que existe una dependencia del hardware (impresora a utilizar) y la altura de capa.
