EXPERT COURSE IN PRODUCT DESIGN FOR 3D PRINTING
2 MONTHS / 100 HOURS OF ON SITE CLASSES
This course extends from the selection of materials and technology to the correct design for each component and its fabrication by means of additive techniques or 3D printing methods.
The course can be complemented with other 3D printing speciality courses in: STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS FOR 3D PRINTING, METAL 3D PRINTING and BIOMEDICAL 3D PRINTING.
1. ADVANCED CONCEPTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS IN 3D PRINTING
- Liquid Bed technologies in 3D Printing
- Polimeric materials for use in SLA
- SLA Patterns. Mechanical caracterization
- SLS Patterns: mechanical properties and lean structures
- Metal Powder bed technologies in 3D printing. (SLM, EMB, DMLS..)
- Metalic materials for additive manufacturing.
- Defectology and 3d printing component inspections
- Development challenges in big size machines.
2. ADVANCED DESIGN OF SURFACE AREAS
- Advanced design of surface areas
- Design of complex geometries by means of advanced surface areas
