COURSE FATIGUE AND TOLERANCE TO DAMAGE IN MECEA
THE COURSE OF FATIGUE AND TOLERANCE TO THE DAMAGE IN AEROESPACIAL STRUCTURES OF THE MECEA BEGINS
After weeks of static calculation, the Master in Aerospace Structural Analysis, MECEA, introduces its students to the analysis and calculation of fatigue and tolerance to damage in aeronautical structural systems.
During several sessions of this module, they will analyze aspects of loads, spectra, stress concentrations, etc., and their involvement in the life of aeronautical structures.
| Example of failures due to fatigue
For this we will have, among others, Professor Balfour Lambert, fatigue expert of Sogeclair Aerospace, who will also comment and analyze the most important structural accidents in the history of aviation due to fatigue and fracture.
