El 25 de junio se celebró la ceremonia de entrega de diplomas de la segunda promoción del Máster de Diseño Mecánico Aeronáutico (MEDMA) de la Escuela de Diseño Mecánico.
Al evento asistieron alumnos, docentes y representantes de instituciones y empresas de referencia en el sector.

Alfonso Denia, director del máster, dedicó unas palabras a los alumnos felicitándoles por el trabajo y esfuerzo realizado e invitándoles a que aprovechen la ventaja competitiva de la formación recibida, que les convierte en profesionales multidisciplinares capaces de desarrollar con autonomía competencias muy valoradas por la empresas del sector aeronáutico.
Así mismo participaron en el acto Enrique Gómez Llorena, director adjunto del Clúster Aeronáutico de Madrid y Miguel Ángel Tapia, Consejero Delegado de Europavia y miembro de la junta directiva de TEDAE, que destacó la labor de la Escuela de Diseño Mecánico formando a profesionales del sector aeronáutico, subrayando la importancia de que afloren iniciativas emprendedoras como ésta en el sector aeronáutico.

Tras la entrega de diplomas el evento finalizó con un cóctel que reunió a los recién titulados, familiares, docentes y representantes de gran parte de las empresas de referencia en el sector aeronáutico, colaboradoras del programa de prácticas de MEDMA.
Este acto es la culminación a una etapa de 9 meses, durante la que los alumnos reciben una formación eminentemente práctica y atenta a las complejidades y evolución del sector aeronáutico, y a la que le sigue el periodo de prácticas profesionales de 12 meses al que ya se han incorporado todos los alumnos y durante el que ponen en práctica las competencias adquiridas en el aula.
